WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU SELL?

We have a wide range of meat products available, to suit either individuals or families. All priced at unbelievable prices and throughout the year there are seasonal promotions to suit the season’s demands.

 

WHY CAN'T I FIND THE PRODUCT I AM LOOKING FOR?

If there is something you can’t find please contact us. We stock an extremely wide of products in the game, poultry, red meat and white meat sectors. However most of these products need to be weighed therefore we can’t offer them online. if you call the office we are certain we will be able to sort something to meet your requirements.

DO YOU DO DELIVERIES?

Yes we do. Please check our home deliveries page for more details.

 

WHAT IS THE LATEST TIME I CAN PLACE AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY OR COLLECTION?

Orders can be placed until 12pm the previous day subject to your postcode being eligible for delivery.

 

DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

We offer free delivery on all orders of £35 or more, a £5 charge will be added to your order for any order under £35.

 

DO YOU OFFER A COURIER SERVICE?

Yes, but the additional cost will be paid by the purchaser.

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PACKED?

Either cling film wrapped in trays or vac packed.

 

ARE THEY FRESH OR FROZEN?

We sell both fresh and Frozen products. All the fresh products have dates showing use by if fresh or use by dates if you decide to freeze the at home.

 

WHAT INFORMATION IS ON THE LABEL?

All the usual necessary information – Product Name, Ingredients, Allergens, Use by Date if fresh or Frozen, Weight and Price.

 

CAN PRODUCTS BE FROZEN?

Yes – products can be frozen, if they have been bought fresh and managed correctly. There is a use by if frozen date on the packaging.

 

DO YOU DO SEASONAL PROMOTIONS?

Yes – Throughout the year we offer seasonal promotions for BBQ’s, Christmas, Easter, Family packs, as well as buy 3 packs for £12 & 2 for £20 on selected items. We also post lots of special offers on our Facebook page.

 

CAN WE BUY ONLINE AND FROM THE HIGH STREET SHOP?

Our products are available to buy online for home delivery as well as click & collect. You can also purchase our products in our high street shop.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE ONLINE AND IN THE FACTORY SHOP?

We accept all major debit and credit cards on line and in shop. We even accept cash in shop.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT IN WHEN YOU TO TRY DELIVER?

Please contact the shop if you know you may not be in when we will be delivering to you. We will do our best to rearrange delivery or to drop off your delivery in a safe place or with a neighbour.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M LATE OR MISS PICKING UP MY PURCHASES?

Your order will be held in the fridge labelled until you can collect. Once orders have been prepared and bagged refunds cannot be given. If you fail to collect we will call you on the number you have provided when ordering as a reminder.

 

WHAT ALLERGEN ADVICE IS ON THE PACKING?

To the best of our knowledge – all products that have been either manufactured or had a dusting / sauce added will show any allergen information on the packaging.

 

DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN FREE SAUSAGES?

No, unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer gluten free sausages.

 

DO YOU OFFER AN ONLINE LOYALTY CARD?

At present we are unable to offer this service online however you can still collect your loyalty stamps when you shop with us in store.

 

DO YOU OFFER A BLUELIGHT DISCOUNT?

Not at the moment but we’re looking into it.

 

WHERE DO YOU BUY YOUR MEAT FROM?

Our sourcing policy is local, regional, national, and finally international. BUT our initial drive is always British wherever possible.
